Made from very fine, sheer pink polyester fabric with sections wrinkled together in vaguely circular formations, from which embroidery threads in turn radiate. The skirt is fully lined in a sheeny orange fabric, which then shows through the semi opaque outer material, and comes with an additional liner for comfort.
